Within a few weeks, Q1 2022 wraps up, and you may be asked to report on retention results at the team, company or board level. 

As a Customer Experience leader I’m working towards providing ongoing insight, as we learn things from our customers, rather than momentous reports that often give the audience too much to absorb and act on.
